Saucony Womens Triumph 22

Upgraded with a brand-new midsole compound and a new balanced platform to accommodate more foot types, the Saucony Women’s Triumph 22 in Vanilla is still a plush long-distance runner and daily trainer, but now it features the tech to take your run, and your speed to a whole new level.

The Saucony Women’s Triumph 22 upgrades the midsole from PWRRUN+ midsole cushioning to PWRRUN PB, and those few letters make a big difference. PB stands for Peba, and it’s the material used in most of the fastest shoes in the market due to its lightness and energy return.

In the Triumph 22, it is used in a deep stack of foam, without any plates and tuned to give you plenty of smiles per hour, in a cushy feel designed to provide joy in your run.

A wider midfoot and balanced shape gives a super comfy feel for a wide variety of foot types, while the adaptive lacing system makes it easy to get a cozy, secure fit.

The luxurious feeling upper is a breathable and soft engineered mesh with a padded tongue and soft heel counter lining, meaning each stride is soft, plush, and enjoyable, both surrounding and beneath the foot.

Triumph

With its ultra-plush feel and lightweight build, the Saucony Triumph feels like a cosy slipper to put on and a fun daily runner once you start to move. Masses of cushioning underfoot gives a level of comfort and a sense of style that will have you impatient for your next run.

Regular Cushioning

Regular cushioning offers a blend of lightness, comfort, and ground feel. Popular for shorter distance racing as well as training and daily mileage running, the lower stack of midsole foam offers inherent stability and a lighter feel on your foot when compared to max-stack shoes.

Neutral

Neutral running shoes are designed to provide a smooth sensation without correcting your gait. They allow your natural motion to flow, while still offering a snug fit and a cushioned feel underfoot. As such, they’re ideal for runners who don’t overpronate.

Saucony

Founded in 1898 at the Saucony Creek in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, the much-loved, much-mispronounced American brand has been producing top-notch running gear for well over a century.

Every Saucony shoe – “sock-a-knee”, if you want to get it right – pays tribute to its origin story by way of the brand’s logo. It shows water flowing around three distinct boulders at the creek, which today represent the three guiding principles of the brand: good performance, good health, and good community.

In Saucony’s modern range, shoes like the trail-pounding Peregrine and plush Triumph have been joined by the revolutionary Endorphin collection of speed shoes, which includes the incredibly popular Endorphin Speed. Try a pair and discover the truth behind their mantra, “Unbelievably fast. Endless potential.”.

Everyday Mileage Shoes

Everyday mileage running shoes provide comfort and support for daily training sessions, ensuring endurance and durability. These shoes are designed to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use, offering reliability and performance for your regular runs.

Tempo Running Shoes

Tempo running shoes are engineered for speed and agility, optimizing performance during high-intensity workouts. With lightweight construction and responsive cushioning, these shoes excel during your tempo runs, helping runners maintain pace and efficiency.

Race Day Shoes

Race day running shoes are crafted for maximum speed and efficiency, designed to propel you towards their personal bests. These lightweight and minimalist shoes prioritize agility and responsiveness, ensuring every stride counts on the big day.

Why Should You Have a Shoe Rotation?
Rotating running shoes can extend the life of each pair by allowing them to fully dry out and have foam rebound between runs, reducing wear and tear, and potentially lowering the risk of injury by changing the stress your body goes through when running in different models.

Road Running

It might say road, but we don’t just mean pounding closed-off streets on race day. Road shoes are predominantly for the pavement.

They feature flat rubber traction for confident footing in the city and enhanced cushioning to soak up the strain of every stride.

Best for Everyday Mileage

To cope with all the miles you run, shoes for everyday mileage are built to last.

Thicker rubber on the outsole withstands huge amounts of pavement pounding, and a thicker, more durable upper also helps to improve longevity.

The other priority is comfort, with soft materials around the entrance and midsole foams designed to cushion, feel great, and last.

Because of the extra protection, daily mileage shoes tend to be heavier than their race day and tempo counterparts.
